Job Overview

The Field Manager VYP is responsible for matching the demand for young talent with the supply of motivated graduates. This role ensures the development curriculum meets client needs and helps attract top graduates.

Typical Role Qualifications and Competences

  • Education: University degree in business, human resources, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial role with a proven track record in client and people management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fluency in Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Regularly visit clients to manage accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Curriculum Development: Benchmark and update the development curriculum to meet industry standards.
  • Talent Acquisition: Attract and recruit top graduates for the VYP program.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with alumni and facilitate their transition to clients post-program.
