Our VYP’ers are university graduates with up to two years of work experience. Their added value lies not only in their skills, but also in who they are: curious, analytical, and intrinsically motivated to grow. During a careful selection process, we assess their learning ability, leadership potential, and ambition. Only those who are ready for a steep learning curve and the dynamics of the sector move on.
From potential to results.
For two years, VYP’ers work as junior consultants on three to four projects within maritime organizations. They get to know the practice from the inside and develop a keen sense of the context and culture in which they operate.
Energetic and ambitious.
At the same time, they follow a curriculum with modules in project management (IPMA-D), Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and data analysis, among other subjects. In addition, they develop essential soft skills in the field of (personal) leadership, under the guidance of experienced coaches. The result: young talent that can quickly operate independently and deliver immediate value to your organization.
Continuity through support.
As a client, you are not on your own. Venturn remains actively involved throughout the entire process. We provide intensive guidance to VYP’ers and ensure quality and continuity. Through a combination of coaching, training, and practical experience, they quickly grow into self-aware professionals who make an impact.
