On 16 April, clients, partners, friends, and Venturnians came together at the Wereldmuseum Rotterdam to celebrate a special milestone: 25 years of Venturn. But this event was much more than just an anniversary. It was a day on which we looked back together on the journey that has brought us here and looked ahead to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
At a time when technological developments are following one another in rapid succession and artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally transforming organisations, one question is becoming increasingly relevant: what does this new reality demand of leaders?
That question was the central theme of Venturn25.
Throughout the day, inspiring speakers shared their vision on leadership, innovation, and the future of work. They demonstrated that technology alone is never the answer. The organisations that will be successful in the years ahead will not be distinguished solely by the tools they use, but above all by the people who lead change. Leaders who remain curious are willing to make difficult decisions and bring others with them in a world that is constantly evolving.
Alongside the inspiring sessions, Venturn25 was above all a day of connection. Familiar faces met again, new relationships were formed and, between conversations, ideas emerged that will continue to grow in the years ahead. That is exactly what Venturn has stood for over the past 25 years: connecting people, helping organisations develop and building sustainable change together.
